Following the recent government announcement regarding the Omnicron variant it has been decided that in the interests of everyone’s safety the toilets at Kenfig Nature Reserve Centre will be closed over the Christmas period. The reasoning behind this is that as the Centre is not being staffed there can be no guarantees that social distancing will be adhered to and that masks will be worn. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the facilities will not be monitored in the way they are on a normal day to day basis. The toilets will therefore be closed from 12 noon on Christmas Eve and will re-open on Monday 3rd January 2022.
