In line with Welsh Government’s coronavirus measures, Kenfig Nature reserve will remain open for the duration of the lockdown. However, to keep all visitors safe, we will be making some changes for this period.

As non-essential travel is not permitted, you should walk to Kenfig Reserve for exercise only. Access to our car park will remain open for employees of the reserve, contractors and volunteers working at the reserve and for our visitors who have a specific health or mobility issue that are allowed to travel for exercise.

The seating area will also remain available, but you should only visit if you are within walking distance or have a specific health or mobility issue and can travel for exercise. You must not arrange to meet with other households in the reserve or socialise there.

Picnics or any other outdoor social gathering are not allowed.
Our public toilets are not available at present.
Please remember to follow the guidelines around social distancing when visiting the Reserve.
Thank you for your continued support.
